HOW TO MIX ALLMAX ISOFLEX
For Beginner: Mix 1 scoop with 250ml / 8oz of cold water or low fat milk.
For Real Result: Mix 2 scoops with 450ml / 15oz of cold water or low fat milk.

WHEN TO USE ALLMAX ISOFLEX
On Training Day:
