Q: How to place an order?

A: Firstly, you need to have MFiT account then choose your favorite products, flavor/size then click BUY NOW .

Q: After I got the products, In case I want to change my mind (Flavor/Color) or the product size doesn’t fit me, are they exchangeable?

A: For the same product and price, exchangeable is accepted (Make sure everything looks the way it was).

Q: Can the products be refundable?

A: Sorry, Every product can’t be refundable.

Q: Can I see my order history?

A: Yes, MFIT will save every order you have made and you can see them in your account.

Q: Can I order products from MFIT by phone call?

A: Yes, you can call us to make the order, our customer service will always welcome you (Working Time: 8am-8pm)

Q: How to apply MFiT promocode?

A: After you get the promocode, you can apply it at checkout. Make sure the promocode you enter is valid (Not Expire, Correct Spelling).

Q: How can I confirm my order?

A: You will receive a phone message to confirm your order.

Q: Can I edit my order on the website?

A: You have 30minutes in case you change your mind with your order and want to make a new one. You will see 30mins countdown at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order any time before your payment has been made by calling to our call center or delete your order before 30minutes.
