Q: How much do I have to pay for the delivery cost?
A: MFIT offer free delivery everywhere in Cambodia.
Q: How long does it take for the delivery process?
A: Normally, you will receive your products not more than 36 hours Business Day after placing the order. If you still not receive your order, please give us a call, we will take immediate action to help you.
Q: Do you deliver products on weekend & national holiday?
A: We deliver everyday but we don’t deliver on big holidays such as: Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben holidays. For Customers place the order on holiday, we will deliver after the holiday ends.
Q: Where can I pick up my products?
A: We will deliver your products to your address for Phnom Penh customers. For customers in provinces, you can get your products at the bus station in your province/city. MFIT will arrange the closest place for you to pick up your products.
